Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Join Exl Service as a Junior Business Analyst and contribute to the successful delivery of client projects in the Insurance Domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, preparing functional and technical documentation, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client project teams to deliver engagements and deliverables.
  • Assess and document processes to design the target state and shape how it can be achieved using technology.
  • Formulate business requirements into functional design for enabling technology solutions.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, demonstrating core project and people management skills.
  • Establish guidelines and ways of working for project delivery through various methodologies.
  • Support clients in activities including project planning, requirements gathering, and process definition.
  • Work within diverse teams to deliver measurable business outcomes to quality and timescales.
  • Build effective relationships with peer-level stakeholders across all business workstreams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within an analysis role, preferably in consulting or delivery.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting and claim principles and cost drivers, with fluency in the changing landscape of insurance process delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience in project and people management.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across various business workstreams.
