HR Manager Job Opportunity

Aesthetic Search is seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations for a leading chain of aesthetic skin clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations and Grievance Management: Handle employee concerns, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for conflict resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about employment regulations, review and update HR policies, and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Performance Management and Employee Development: Support performance reviews, provide coaching and disciplinary actions, and identify training needs.
  • HR Policies and Documentation: Maintain employee records, ensure HR documentation is compliant, and conduct regular audits.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Promote a positive workplace culture, support employee wellbeing initiatives, and organize engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in employee relations, including handling grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, including GDPR and health and safety standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with current legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems for managing employee records and reporting.
