About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Complex Needs Teacher to join our team. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching and assessing students with complex needs.
  2. Developing and implementing individualized education plans to promote student progress.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with students with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work within an independent special school in London, N16 0QJ. The school is committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £33,750 (pro-rata), based on a 4-day week, £39,900 (pro-rata) for a 5-day week, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on working hours, experience, and qualifications.
