Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Radiation Therapist Team Leader to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day clinical operations of the linac, ensuring patients receive accurate and consistent planning and treatment.

Liaising with the multidisciplinary team, the team leader will support and train members of the team to maintain and develop professional and personal skills and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of patients
  • Liaising with the multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting and training team members
  • Assisting in the implementation of change within the radiotherapy service
  • Providing expert advice on treatment procedures and treatment-related side effects
