Customer Service Operator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator to join our team in the Kidderminster/Droitwich Spa/Worcestershire area. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to move to permanent for the right individual.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customers over phone, face to face and via email.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls to the office.
  • Assisting with queries.
  • Updating databases.
Requirements:
  • Confident and professional when speaking to clients over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly motivated and diverse to work in the office and actively help in the warehouse with queries and stock enquiries.
  • High attention to detail and can build long lasting client relationships.

This role is varied, supporting a number of high profile customer accounts, processing orders and liaising with staff and customers on a daily basis. If you have strong Microsoft Office skills and are looking to move into your next role, this would be a great opportunity to help you take the next step and develop further.

Candidate will need to drive due to the location of the offices. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business in the Kidderminster/Droitwich Spa/Worcestershire area. This is a temp position on going with the potential to go permanent for the right individual.
