Job Title: Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Bristol area.

This service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential and supported living services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
