Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our CQC-registered adult care home in Bristol. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and management of the staff team to ensure high-quality care and support for our residents.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of care plans for each resident, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Lead the day-to-day behaviour management programmes for each resident, ensuring staff are trained and supported to provide consistent responses.
  • Ensure the home's leader maintains a stable, happy, and caring environment that prioritizes the enjoyment, outcomes, health, safety, and welfare of clients.

Requirements:

  • Attained or working towards QCF Level 5 Diploma.
  • DSL training.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
  • First Aid.
  • Considerable management experience in residential care, preferably in a CQC-registered home.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and developing staff.
  • Proven experience in working effectively with clients with learning disabilities and/or special needs.
