This service provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to empower service users to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff with prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
- Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent
- Develop and implement effective staff management strategies
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Drive excellence in person-centered care and strive for an Outstanding rating
