About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Aftersales customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Aftersales customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and book customer vehicles for servicing and MOT, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Proactively reach out to customers from our dealership database to promote additional services and products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using database systems and other technology tools to manage customer interactions.
  • A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
