Business Development Representative

We are seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented sales professional to join our Platform Sales Team in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Clevry's Skills-First Hiring Platform, acquiring new customers and driving growth in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking sales meetings, turning prospects into leads and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle and customer dialogue from prospecting to closing deals
- Having primary focus on client meetings, giving platform demos, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Prospecting and booking own meetings
- Working closely with Recruitment Services, Business Psychology and Customer Success teams to increase upselling between business units
Requirements:
- At least a few years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent English both spoken and written – other language skills considered as an advantage
- Ability to have strategic discussions with C-level directors and HR of large enterprises
- Self-driven, curious, ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year depending on experience. Our Marketing team produces a steady flow of inbound leads, providing a stable pipeline for you to work with.
