Job Description

We are a post-16 training provider seeking a Learning and Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching and assessing qualifications, as well as experience working in schools or the education sector.

This role is based in Liverpool City Centre and offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience. Benefits include a pension opportunity, healthy annual leave allowance, and CPD opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs to individuals, with excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills. A confident decision maker with flexibility and adaptability to change, self-motivated and IT literate individual is required.

Key Qualifications
  • Relevant teaching and assessing qualifications (Level 3 A1 and Level 4 BTEC Cert in Education and Training)
  • Experience working in schools or the education sector
