Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Learning and Development Assistant at St Nicholas Catholic Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their educational journey.

About the Role
This full-time position involves working 5 days a week, with a fixed-term contract lasting 1 year. As a Learning and Development Assistant, you will provide support to teachers and students, helping to create a productive and stimulating learning environment.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £18,795 - £20,444 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or other relevant qualification
- Experience of working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of areas of legislation relevant to child protection and safeguarding
- Good organisational skills and time management
