Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead (Manager) to join our Centre of Excellence for electronic health records (EHR). The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Epic implementation services, project management skills, and knowledge of NHS healthcare systems.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of the Epic EHR system for NHS facilities. This includes driving focused optimization projects on core clinical/operational pathways and implementing new models of care within the Epic EHR system. You will also work closely with BCG's leadership to align implementation efforts with broader organizational goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will typically have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Epic implementation services, ideally at the Coordinator or Manager level
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrable experience in NHS healthcare systems
  • The ability to network and build internal and external relationships
  • A willingness to travel to clients worldwide
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
