Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As the Head of Facilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Front-of-House Services: You will manage our switchboard, visitor liaison, deliveries, collections, and post.
  • Risk Assessment: You will oversee the preparation and regular review of risk assessments.
  • Contract Management: You will review, procure, and manage third-party contracts related to facilities.
  • Service Delivery: You will oversee the management and delivery of hard and soft services, such as heating, cooling, cleaning, and security.
  • Staff Management: You will manage the recruitment, training, and deployment of First Aiders, Fire Wardens, and other staff.
  • Extensive Facilities Management Experience: You will have proven experience in facilities management, ideally in an educational or film-making environment.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to our staff, students, and visitors.
  • Change Management: You will have experience in supporting significant change projects related to physical infrastructure and operational optimization.
  • Strategic Thinking: You will be forward-thinking and knowledgeable about current and future trends in facilities management.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will be able to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, staff, visitors, and industry guests.

Requirements:

  • Facilities Management Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, ideally in an educational or film-making environment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in supporting significant change projects related to physical infrastructure and operational optimization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Forward-thinking and knowledgeable about current and future trends in facilities management.
