About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club, part of the Burhill Golf and Leisure Group.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day food preparation for our golf course, supervising kitchen porters and Commis Chefs, and ensuring that food cost of sales is within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality food for all catering outlets, including the bar/lounge, snack bar, on-course sales, and function suite.
  • Supervise and train kitchen porters and Commis Chefs to ensure that food preparation is efficient and of high standard.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory and shortage controls to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures related to food preparation, storage, health, and safety are enforced and implemented appropriately.
