Prestigious Private Education Institution in Central Cambridge is seeking an exceptional Head of Learning & Development to join their Senior Leadership Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of learning and development in a highly acclaimed private education setting.
As Head of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the L&D function, including leadership, management, and compliance. You will also support and promote the Strategic Plan, line manage Heads of Departments, and collaborate with the Digital Strategy Lead on software implementation.
The ideal candidate will have successful middle leadership experience, confident ICT skills, effective planning, teaching, and class management skills, and proven ability to motivate and inspire students. A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, commitment to continuous improvement, and alignment with the organisation's ethos are essential.
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive excellence in education and contribute to the success of our client's unique organisation. The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
