At Brammer Buck & Hickman, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within a small team within the stores department, picking and packing components following works orders, and dealing with customers and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working within a small team within the stores department.
  • Picking and packing of components following works orders.
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers, loading and offloading of orders and parts.
  • Assisting in maintaining and replenishing stock levels.
  • Data input to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate.
  • Labelling of packages for dispatch.
  • Support and coordinate with other departments to ensure customers orders and needs are met.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Some knowledge of working with Sage 50 would be useful but not essential.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
  • Training and support will be provided.
