Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

In this challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Zenith Group, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading customer service while efficiently managing a caseload of customer complaints. With a strong focus on complaint resolution and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our Consumer Division to ensure that all customers receive timely and professional support.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our Consumer Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally, meeting both business SLA's and regulatory guidance. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively on the telephone will enable you to provide top-notch customer service and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end complaint process from initial contact to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with FCA guidelines
- Support colleagues in hitting team targets to drive efficiencies across complaint handling
- Identify trends and root causes of complaints using our complaints feedback tool to drive business improvements
