Band 2 Health Care Support Worker Position

As a Band 2 Health Care Support Worker at Nevill Hall Day Surgery Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, working closely with a registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a hospital environment, possess strong communication skills, and be able to demonstrate flexibility to support other sites within the health board.
Key responsibilities include maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to Trust policies, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- NVQ LEVEL 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
