**Job Title:** Holistic Care Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and caring individual to join our team as an agency Health Care Assistant to provide holistic care and support to patients with dementia and other health conditions in nursing and residential homes across the Abergavenny area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and manual handling assistance to residents
- Implementing care and treatment plans to meet individual needs
- Offering companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
Requirements:
- Prior experience in healthcare, preferably with dementia care
- Manual handling equipment training or experience
