Job Description:

This Band 2 Health Care Support Worker position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be working closely with qualified professionals to provide safe pre and post-operative care for patients, assisting with tasks such as recording observations, preparing patients for theatre, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and hospital systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Caring and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances
