About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at Marks & Spencer Plc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering acquisition CRM strategies and plans across our individual Financial Services business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver acquisition CRM annual and quarterly strategies and plans to support business objectives.
  • Design and implement plans for all suitable communications to ensure customer experience meets contractual commitments and business goals.
  • Manage the overall acquisition CRM marketing and campaign planning runways for Financial Services within M&S.
  • Work closely with CRM colleagues across broader M&S to agree optimal CRM activities for FS across all CRM channels.
  • Evaluate and improve the acquisition CRM WOW across the business, focusing on more personalised and automated CRM activity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in CRM, with experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies and plans. You will also need to have good negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and data-led decision making abilities.
