We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Commercial. As the first point of contact for students, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Your duties will include managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to queries, and assisting with maintenance requests. You will also be responsible for planning and supporting student community events and activities, while maintaining a secure environment by controlling access to the building.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception role is essential, and you must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail are also necessary, as well as proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work evenings and weekends on occasion. We offer a competitive salary of £13,020 per annum, reflecting the demands of this challenging yet rewarding role.
