We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at KSB Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in front desk operations, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in managing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with precision, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Utilize Opera PMS to manage reservations and guest profiles effectively.
- Supervise and support reception staff, scheduling shifts and training new team members as needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar reservation systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Estimate salary: £14,500 per annum based on 37 hours/week.
