Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at a Children's Centre in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the centre's administration.

Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to visitor inquiries, and assisting with opening gates and signing for deliveries. You will also work closely with the centre's staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. You should also have strong IT skills, including proficiency in using multiple software systems. Furthermore, you must hold an enhanced DBS check and have a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
