About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Cleaning and Waste Management at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our cleaning and waste management operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of cleaning and waste management professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of cleaning supplies, equipment, and waste management services.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Sustainability and Waste Reduction
    • Develop and implement sustainable practices to reduce waste generation and increase recycling rates.
    • Monitor and analyze waste management data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their cleaning and waste management needs are met.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience
    • Previous experience in leading a team in a similar environment.
  • Sustainability and Waste Management Knowledge
    • Knowledge of sustainability principles and experience implementing sustainable practices in cleaning and waste management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex situations and make strategic decisions.
