We're on a mission to revolutionize small business and accounting practices with our AI-powered tool, Sage Copilot. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in defining and leading the execution of best-in-market products.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a strong product management professional to take responsibility for defining and leading the execution of best-in-market products. Our mission is to win in the market with the world's best products, marketing, and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, define, and articulate compelling product vision and strategy for key product propositions.
  • Define and communicate product requirements and rationale, build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Deliver the product – be accountable for the delivery of the product from requirement to usage and in-life management.
  • Play an active part in product governance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Drive business growth utilizing ROI, revenue, and NPS feedback while being technical enough to specify and work with engineering to build the product.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience of working with data/Machine Learning models/AI.
  • Knowledge of Accounting/HR/Payroll domains.
  • Experience in software or SaaS/Cloud companies.
  • Cross-functional team experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of product management in the software industry.
  • Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment.
  • Experience of agile/lean product management principles.
  • Passion for technology including Cloud, Social, Mobile, and Analytics in B2B and B2C.
Preferred
  • Running product governance.
