About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Sage, a leading provider of cloud-based accounting and business management solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for Sage Copilot, our AI-powered tool that helps customers streamline their tasks and boost their efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for Sage Copilot
  • Define and communicate product requirements and rationale to stakeholders
  • Deliver the product from requirement to usage and in-life management
  • Play an active part in product governance and ensure the program of work associated with the product is executed to achieve KPIs
  • Drive business growth using ROI, revenue, and NPS feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Experience working with data, Machine Learning models, and AI
  • Knowledge of Accounting, HR, and Payroll domains
  • Experience in software or SaaS/Cloud companies
  • Cross-functional team experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
