Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Director to join our team at VML Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the management of key client relationships and driving business growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Nurture and expand key client relationships through regular communication, needs analysis, and proposal writing.
  • Manage sales cycles of 3-6 months, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop expert knowledge of our technology platform to support clients' adoption and provide first-line technical support.
  • Proactively monitor and address customer success risks, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic account planning and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to work independently.
