We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and customer service to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of catering and service staff to ensure seamless delivery of food and service
  • Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with line managers and internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service and food quality
  • Identify opportunities for new service concepts and menu items to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and exceed expectations
  • Support and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in a similar sector or industry
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
