Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leeds Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in high-rise accommodation projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and UK industry standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to the construction programme.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Health & Safety: Promote and enforce strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in high-rise accommodation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and UK industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate complex project logistics.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools and software.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. SMSTS certification is required.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
