We are seeking a Graduate Trainee Sales Manager to join our team in Maidstone. As a member of our renewable energy division, you will have the opportunity to learn about key areas of the business, market, and our renewable electrical product range. You will also complete a programme of professional sales training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £29,000 - £30,000 per annum.
- Additional bonuses based on the completion of training goals.
- A company car (after initial training period).
- A pension scheme.
- 25 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a well-presented, sales-focused graduate with excellent communication and networking skills. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, driven, and money-motivated, able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people, and interested in new technology and environmentally beneficial products. A full UK driving licence is also required.
