We are a leading global air charter provider with over 34 years of experience, offering a personalized and 24-hour service to a range of clients. Our focus is on building long-term relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Our team is based in various locations around the world, including the UK, Ireland, and the US, allowing us to provide a truly global service. We are now seeking an experienced Global Charter Aviation Specialist to join our team in the UK.

About the Role

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified sales prospects, targeting existing and potential clients through cold/warm calls, networking, emails, LinkedIn, and other means.
  • Keep accurate and tidy CRM records of all clients, ensuring their contact details are up-to-date.
  • Identify new areas for business development and initiate relationships with existing and prospective customers, airlines, and other suppliers.
  • Oversee charter quotes, recommending the most suitable options for clients and managing flight bookings from enquiry to completion.
  • Review airline documentation, ensuring our risk is mitigated and essential contractual clauses are covered.
  • Monitor aircraft arrival and departure information and troubleshoot problems on flights.
  • Perform other work tasks as required by management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aviation charter broking.
  • Passion for aviation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a calm disposition and positive outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent telephone manners.
  • Team player who can integrate well with colleagues in the office and internationally.
