Job Summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Youth Care Coordinator to work with children and families who require support and guidance. This role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support to children and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or relevant qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Proven experience working with children and families, ideally within a Children in Need context.
  • Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
