Care Services Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of person-focused care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained across all our care homes and day care services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working collaboratively to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, and driving continuous improvement and excellence in our services.

You will be responsible for working closely with our dedicated team to ensure seamless service delivery, contributing to the development of care strategies that promote innovation and excellence, and maintaining open communication with residents, families, and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including extensive training opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and a supportive work environment.
