About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Boux Avenue. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising displays and ensure that the sales floor is maintained to a high standard.
  • Operations and Administration: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of retail products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
