About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

You will work closely with our clients, tenants, and colleagues to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately and that our clients receive exceptional service. Your role will also involve preparing formal and detailed client reports, overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants, and dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter.

We are looking for a proactive, practical, and positive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Being MRICS is preferred, and you will need to help support the early careers of our Graduates and Apprentices working towards their professional qualification.
