Senior Property Management Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
You will work closely with our clients, tenants, and colleagues to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately and that our clients receive exceptional service. Your proactive and positive approach to work will be essential in building and maintaining close professional relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include preparing formal and detailed client reports, overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants, and working with landlords and tenants on all matters relating to their property portfolio.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build gravitas among clients. Being MRICS is preferred, but not essential.
