Key Responsibilities
• Provide housing support and guidance to clients
• Assist clients with daily living tasks and activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements
• UK Driving Licence
• 33 hours per week, 2 sleep-ins per week
• 3-week rolling rota
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
