Housing Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centered support to customers, empowering them to achieve their goals and live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide flexible and responsive support to customers, operating in a timely and person-centered manner.
- Signpost customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and advice.
- Effectively work in partnership with external agencies to benefit customers.
- Complete and maintain accurate records, including detailed support plans, risk assessments, and regular checks.
We are looking for an individual with experience supporting people to sustain their tenancies and working with vulnerable individuals who have been affected by homelessness or substance misuse. A UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary between £26,544 and £28,140, as well as a range of benefits, including enhanced annual leave, enhanced sickness pay, and access to our National Wellbeing Lead and Wellbeing Champions.
Interview ProcessThe interview process will consist of two stages: a shortlisting and pre-screening stage, followed by a formal interview with the hiring manager. If successful, you will be required to have a DBS on the update service and provide eligibility for right to work.
