Key Responsibilities- Provide a flexible and responsive service, operating in a timely and person-centered manner.
- Signpost customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and advice.
- Effectively work in partnership with external agencies to benefit customers.
- Complete and follow clear risk assessments, adhering to the organization's Health and Safety Policy.
- Complete and maintain accurate records, including detailed support plans, risk assessments, and regular checks.
- Experience supporting people to sustain their tenancies, working with vulnerable individuals who have been subject to homelessness or substance misuse.
- A competitive salary between £26,544 - £28,140.
