Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible and responsive support to customers, operating in a timely and person-centered manner.
  • Signpost customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and advice.
  • Work effectively in partnership with external agencies to benefit customers.
  • Complete and follow clear risk assessments, adhering to our Health and Safety Policy.
  • Maintain accurate records, including detailed support plans, risk assessments, and regular checks.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience supporting people to sustain their tenancies, working with vulnerable adults who have been subject to homelessness or substance misuse. A UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary between £26,544 - £28,140, plus a desirable employee package, including enhanced annual leave, enhanced sickness pay, flexibility, and access to our National Wellbeing Lead and Wellbeing Champions.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a shortlisting and pre-screening stage, followed by a formal interview with the hiring manager. If successful, you will be required to have a DBS on the update service, eligibility of right to work, and sufficient references.
