Our team advises on coverage, defence, and recovery matters, as well as regulatory issues and liability actions. We provide expert advice on professional negligence matters within various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries efficiently, arrange meetings, and handle changes as needed
* Coordinate travel for fee earners and process related expenses
* Report and resolve IT issues for self, fee earners, and partners
* Build relationships with clients, respond to their requests, and go above and beyond to assist them
* Assist with billing and credit control queries
* Create electronic court bundles, prepare indexes, and submit documents via e-file portals
Requirements:
* Previous legal secretarial experience
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Proficiency in MS Office packages and case management systems
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
