About This Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Requirements Engineer to join our client's specialist engineering business in Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in requirements engineering, with experience of working in a collaborative team environment.

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of £55-60k, plus a range of benefits including 30 days holiday, bonus scheme and private healthcare cover.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and manage project requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements specifications and design documents

A strong understanding of engineering principles and practices is essential, as well as experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
