The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the plant area, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Develop and maintain visually appealing displays.
  • Deliver personalized customer service.
  • Lead a small team of staff members.
  • Analyze and minimize waste.
  • Implement effective solutions to address weather-related issues.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance tasks.
  • Take ownership of plant care within the department.
