We are currently seeking a Trade Counter Sales Coordinator for our Roofing Hastings Branch, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service at the trade counter and via telephone communications.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Trade Counter Sales Coordinator, your duties will encompass processing customer orders, restocking trade counter supplies, and assisting our warehouse team during busy periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized trade counter area while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This role is perfect for a friendly and approachable individual who possesses the confidence to handle customer orders and provide essential product information.

The ideal candidate will possess:


• A valid driving license for local deliveries.

• Proficient IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Prior experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within the construction or roofing sector.

• Strong customer engagement skills, with a focus on building relationships through excellent service and communication.

• Flexibility to assist in various business areas as required.
