We are currently seeking a Trade Counter Sales Representative for our Roofing Hastings Branch. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to all clients, both at the trade counter and via telephone communications.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, your duties will include processing customer orders, restocking trade counter inventory, and assisting our warehouse team during busy periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized trade counter area while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This role is perfect for a friendly and approachable individual who possesses the confidence to handle customer orders and provide essential product information.

The ideal candidate will possess:


• A valid driving license for local deliveries.

• Proficient IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within the construction or roofing sector.

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and foster relationships through excellent service and communication.

• Flexibility to assist in various areas of the business as required.
