As a Merchant Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant, providing expert assistance to customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Promote the branch to increase trade sales growth and meet sales targets with a customer-focused approach.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturday 8:00am until 12:00pm, with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked.
