About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Fox and Sons Estate Agency in Hastings. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to our clients on a range of mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our Estate Agency team through training and support, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide personalized advice on our range of products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Attract new customers and business, while maintaining a strong focus on achieving professional goals within a results-driven environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of our mortgage and protection products to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • CeMap Qualification: Hold a CeMap qualification or equivalent, or be willing to train towards holding the qualification.
  • Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-Oriented: Be highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
