Position Overview

Sammons Recruitment Ltd is looking for a dedicated Sales Support and Outbound Advisor to enhance our client's sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in proactive sales outreach through phone communications to current clientele.
  • Assist the sales department in pursuing potential sales leads and nurturing new accounts.
  • Deliver comprehensive product details, pricing information, and customer assistance via telephone.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintain and update customer information within the CRM platform.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting outbound sales calls.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and understanding sales methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
  • Strong capability to provide product insights and support to clients over the phone.
  • Experience in updating customer records accurately in the CRM system.
